If you have purchased an order-in item or product or Japan-sourced item or product, please ensure you have confirmed fitment and compatibility before placing your order. These order-in item(s) or product(s) or Japan-sourced item(s) or other product item(s) have been specially ordered and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed.
As many of our products are sourced directly from Japan or custom-ordered from suppliers, all order-in items are treated as non-refundable and non-returnable, even if they are not specifically marked as “order-in” on the website.
If you’re unsure whether a part will fit your vehicle, or if you have any questions related to the product(s) please contact us before purchasing. We’re happy to help confirm details to the best of our ability and help you avoid any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the right criteria as above, be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with all labels, tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us directly for the return address as this may change depending on the product.
If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We’ll assess the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability.
Items must not be installed, modified, or tampered with to qualify for replacement or credit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, like order-in / Japan-sourced items, electrical or electronic components, performance parts that have been fitted or used, clearance or sale items, perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds:
If the item is able to be sent in to be refunded. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
