Shipping Times

Japan Imported Products: Averaging 10-21 business days. Each product ships directly from Japan, often sourced from either small, large, busy or specialized manufacturers with limited production schedules. A business day is any day that is not a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or a public holiday. Orders for Japan-imported products will be processed within 2–3 business days with the supplier once your order is placed . Please note that items may occasionally be out of stock or subject to delays. We will aim to have your order from Japan to our warehouse within 10–21 business days, after which it will be shipped to you.
Please remember that shipping times can change at any time, and we’re unable to guarantee exact dates.
In-stock Items: If an item is already in our warehouse, it usually ships 1-2 business days.
Tracking Included: Since our listed products are sent directly from Japan via our suppliers, tracking may not always be available. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated on your order and notify you once it’s on its way.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Products

There are products that are unique and made-to-order, including Kurts JZ Customs parts.
By pre-ordering a product, you reserve your part directly, ensuring you get it before it sells out.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Some larger or fragile items may require special freight but we handle this carefully to protect your parts.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, if your country is not listed please contact us directly and we will create a custom order for you.
Import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply for international deliveries. These are the responsibility of the buyer, and in some cases certain fees may be charged directly to JapDirect and then will need to be paid by the customer prior to the release of the item or delivery of the item.

Packaging & Handling

Each item is carefully packaged via our supplier ready for its journey to you.
Fragile or large items may require and receive extra protection, so they arrive safely and ready to install, and in some cases certain packaging & handling fees may be charged directly to JapDirect and then will need to be paid by the customer prior to the release of the item or delivery of the item.

Lost / Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If items are lost or damaged during transit, please note that the responsibility lies with the courier or shipping provider. You may need to make any claims directly through them. For damaged items, you can still contact us with photos and your order number, and we can assist in facilitating communication with the supplier or courier, but some delays may occur due to language barriers or supplier processes in Japan.
