What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. Please note that items sourced directly from Japan, made-to-order, or pre-ordered cannot be returned for change of mind. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure parts fit your vehicle, and we cannot accept returns for fitment issues unless the item is faulty. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and your order number, and we’ll work to resolve it. Please double-check compatibility and product details before ordering to avoid any issues.

Yes, Most items that are shipped from Japan, made-to-order, or pre-ordered are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. Please check compatibility before ordering. Images used may be generic. Actual product may vary.
When will I get my order?

Shipping times vary depending on the item. In-stock products usually ship within 1–2 business days, while Japan-sourced or made-to-order items typically take 10–21 business days. We’ll keep you updated and notify you when your order is on its way.
